Growing up with entrepreneurial parents, I witnessed firsthand how manual tasks consumed their days and created significant limitations on their business growth. Late nights spent manually following up with customers, missing leads because someone was busy with other tasks, and the constant struggle to scale without drowning in operational work.
This experience shaped our understanding that small businesses need technology that works for them, not against them. After years at Microsoft building automation and AI systems for enterprise clients, we realized these same technologies could revolutionize how small businesses operate.
We founded TitanFlow with a simple mission: eliminate the manual toil that prevents small businesses from scaling. Every feature we build is tested against one question: "Would this help my parents' business grow without adding complexity?"
